Every January, we spend an entire week emphasizing our calling as Christians:
Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age. Mt. 28:19-20
This year, our church's 50th Mission Emphasis Week will be held Sunday, January 19 - Sunday, January 26. Rev. Ken Anema (Divine Hope Reformed Bible Seminary) leads us in worship both services on January 19. He also leads a Wednesday evening presentation on January 22.
On January 26, Dr. Neal Hageman (MINTS) leads us in worship.
Our theme for 2025:
Oh sing to the LORD a new song;
sing to the LORD, all the earth!
Sing to the LORD, bless his name;
tell of his salvation from day to day.
Declare his glory among the nations,
his marvelous works among all the peoples!
For great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised;
he is to be feared above all gods.
For all the gods of the peoples are worthless idols,
but the LORD made the heavens.
Splendor and majesty are before him;
strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.
Ps. 96:1-6
